The proposed development is spread over four stages. The first three stages will be residential allotments and the fourth stage will be the construction of a resort at the top of Mount Separation taking advantage of the stunning views. This resort is proposed to include such facilities as a restaurant, bar, convention centre, gymnasium, and pools. Upon completion of the resort, Hinchinbrook Habitats residents will have access to these facilities. 

 

Outside of the proposed resort other facilities will be available to residents and will include such things as pools, and a number of BBQ and picnic areas.
